摘要
针对网络设备中传统采用的优先级队列(CBQ)机制中带宽分配算法的不足,提出一种路由器端口的自适应速率分配方法。该方法充分运用了以时间换空间或以空间换时间这种软件工程中的基本理念,在网络设备中各个网络接口端口(NIC)的流量不均的情况下,由系统根据检测的状态分两级动态的调节网络设备NIC的带宽,从而有效地提高了系统资源的利用率。
Usually, we adopted the Prioity Queue mechanism to allocate bandwidth in network devices. But, this method has a shortage. This paper presents an allocation algorithm of self - adaptation rate on router' s port. Under the ease of each port' s throughput of all network devices being not balanced, this algorithm thoroughly employed two basic ideas of system engineering, ( which are changing time for space or changing space for time. ), and dynamically adjusted port' s bandwidth of all network devices at twice based on the states detected by system. The utilization rate of system resources will be enhanced effectively by the algorithm mentioned in this paper.
