摘要 针对采用经验公式计算泵装置特性易产生偏差的现状,提出了一种实测泵装置特性的方法.通过吸入管吸水断面、泵吸入口断面以及泵出口断面、阀后断面的能量方程,推导了装置的管路特性公式.采用变频器调节流量,测量公式中相关参数,可以确定管路损失;再测量装置末端压能和所提升的高差,并拟合各数据点,可以得到泵装置的实际特性.用NI虚拟仪器、LabVIEW编程平台组成了测试系统,将推导的模型公式及相关数据编入图形化程序,便能根据数据点自动生成装置特性曲线,实现泵装置特性的自动测试.与传统经验计算所得的特性曲线相对比,本研究所得曲线基本吻合. An approach for measuring pump set characteristics was presented to change the status that the pump system characteristic calculated by the empirical formula was not exact. The formula of the pump set pipeline characteristic was derived by means of the energy equation of the inhalation of water-absorbent cross-section tube, pump intake cross-section, pump outlet cross-section and the cross-section of valves. Therefore, the actual characteristics of pump setting could be easily calculated through measuring the relevant parameters in the formula to determine the pipeline losses, the pressure at the end of device and the upgrade elevation when the flow was being regulated by the inverter. In the measurement system which is composed of the virtual instrument and the LabVIEW, the automatic testing of the pump set characteristics is realized easily by inputting the relevant data in the program. The pump set characteristic curve was measured by use of the testing system and was basically consistent with the calculated value.
