Discussion of the Assessment Indicators System of Sustainable Development of Marine Economy

在讨论比较相关研究成果的基础上,从海洋经济可持续发展的内涵出发,建立海洋经济可持续发展能力的概念模型,探讨海洋经济可持续发展评价指标体系的特征,构建海洋经济可持续发展评价指标体系的基本框架,并对辽宁省海洋经济可持续发展进行实例应用研究,提出今后需要继续深入研究的问题。应用结果表明:构建的海洋经济可持续发展评价指标体系能够有效地反映海洋经济可持续发展的特征与演变轨迹,具有一定的有效性和实用性。

On the basis of discussion of the current research results, this paper established the concept model of sustainable development capability of marine economy according to the connotation of sustainable development of marine economy. And this paper put forward the proposal of building the assessment indicators system of sustainable development of marine economy. The structure and characteristic of the assessment indicators system of sustainable development of marine economy were analyzed. At last, the formation of the assessment indicators system of sustainable development of marine economy was build, which was composed of the marine economy subsystems, resources and environment subsystems and social development subsystem. There were 28 basic indicators in the assessing system. Using this indicator system, this paper also assessed the sustainable development capability in Liaoning Province and proposed the issue need to continue to be studied in depth for the future. The results showed that this indicators system can effectively reflect the actual track of the sustainable development of marine economy. This indicators system is valid and can be applied in practical.
