区域环境经济承载力测算与分析——以山东省为例

The Reckoning and Analysis of the Regional Environment Economical Supporting Capacity——Take Shandong Province as the Example

区域经济规模的合理性取决于经济活动对环境造成的影响是否在环境容量的限度内,因此,环境容量大小成为影响区域经济可持续发展的限制因素。以环境容量这个表征环境系统健康与否的关键指标为限制因素,运用数理经济学方法,应用广义福利概念建立环境经济承载力的分析模型,并用动态规划方法来求解区域经济发展的最大(优)经济规模,以此作为衡量区域可持续发展的一个参考。

The reasonability of regional economic scale by decided in environmental capacity. So the environmental capacity has become the main factor affecting the development of regional economy. In this paper, the reasonability of environmental system is appraised according to the environmental capacity in order to perfect the study on eco-environment carrying capacity and revise the subjectivity of weight of affecting factors. The analysis model about eco-environment carrying capacity was set up based on the concept of the generalized social welfare and used the dynamic programming to solute the maximum（ the most optimized ） economical scale. The goal of the analysis is try to establish a feasible evaluating standards of the regional sustainable development .
