Parameter calibration research of the turntable for 4-axis 3D laser measuring system

摘要 研究了激光3D扫描系统多视拼合问题,论述了3种不同的数控旋转台标定方法,通过试验得出了一种最好的标定方法.针对传统的3D激光扫描测量系统,由于激光扫描测量头每次只能在一个给定方向扫描测量所带来的问题,将被测物体置于数控旋转台之上实现了360°旋转测量,通过数控工作台的标定,从而自动在线解决了多方位测量后的多视拼合的问题. Registration of multi-view in three-dimensional (3D) laser scanning system was studied. Three different techniques for calibration of the turntable are discussed in detail in this paper, and theoretical arguments and experimental results are used to determine the best of the three. For the traditional 3D laser scanning system, the surface of an object can only be measured in the given direction in which the measured surface is visible for laser scanning sensor. It is necessary that many view sets that is obtained by different viewpoints must be aligned and merged by the software so as to get entire surface of an object. The measured objects placed on the NC (numerical control) rotary tables can be scanning at the same time in the rotation, so the registration of multi-view is realized on line by calibrating the turntable.
