摘要
目的评价腹腔镜下实施完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术的临床安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析2003年9月至2008年8月间72例腹股沟疝在腹腔镜下施行完全腹膜外疝修补术(totally extraperitoneal hernioplasty,TEP)的临床资料。结果72例腹股沟疝均成功施行了腹腔镜下TEP;手术时间为31～130min,平均(45±21)min;术后出现腹股沟区血清肿8例,暂时性神经感觉异常5例,尿潴留4例,未发生其他并发症。随访6～66个月,无腹股沟疝复发。结论腹腔镜下完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术是一种更加安全、有效的术式选择。
Objective To evaluate the clinical safety and efficiency of laparoscopic totally extra- peritoneal hernioplasty （TEP）. Methods Seventy-two cases of inguinal hernia undergoing laparoscopie TEP in our center during Sept. 2003 and Aug. 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 72 patients were successfully subjected to TEP. The mean operative time was（45 ＋- 21） min（range..31-130 rain）. The postoperative complications included seromas（8 cases）, transient neurapraxias（5 cases） and urinary retensions （4 cases）. No recurrence was found during a follow-up period of 6 to 66 months. Conclusion TEP is a more safe and efficient choice for inguinal hernias.
