腹内疝14例治疗体会

Experience in treatment of 14 cases of intra-abdominal hernia

目的探讨腹内疝诊治难点与体会。方法回顾性分析我院自2000年1月至2008年7月收治的腹内疝14例的临床资料。结果14例均经手术证实诊断,治疗后痊愈。结论腹内疝为外科少见病,但需要高度重视,以减少肠绞窄发生。

Objective To explore the difficult and experienc in diagnosis and treatment of intra- abdominal hernia. Methods A retrospectively analysis on clinical records of 14 cases of intra-abdominal hernia from January 2000 to July 2008 was performed. Results All 14 cases of intra-abdominal hernia were confirmed by surgically, and cured after surgical treatment. Conclusion Intra-abdominal hernia is a rare disease, but it is necessary to attach great importance to reduce the occurrence of intes- tinal strangulation.
