老年粪石性肠梗阻手术27例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 27 elderly bezoar ileus operation cases

目的探讨老年粪石性肠梗阻的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院1999年1月至2008年7月收治的老年粪石性肠梗阻27例的临床资料。结果27例均经前期非手术治疗后行手术治疗,治愈25例,死亡2例。结论老年粪石性肠梗阻术前难以明确诊断,非手术治疗难以奏效,手术治疗效果佳,关键在于手术时机的掌握。

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of elderly bezoar ileus. Methods The clinical data of 27 elderly bezoar ileus cases from Jan. 1999 to Jul. 2008 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 27 cases were accepted operations after preoperative conservative treatment. Twenty-five cases were cured and 2 cases died. Conclusion It is difficult to clear the diagnosis of elderly bezoar ileus before operation. Non-surgery therapy is ineffective sometimes and surgery show exact effect. The key is to grasp the operation opportunity.
