摘要
为了考察工作-家庭冲突对工作满意度和生活满意度的影响,以及人格在其中的调节作用,利用工作-家庭冲突量表、大五人格量表、工作满意度和生活满意度量表对870名被试进行施测。结果:工作干涉家庭和家庭干涉工作对生活满意度存在显著预测作用,且呈显著负相关;但对工作满意度都没有直接影响。大五人格在其中具有调节作用。
To explore the influence of work-family conflict on job satisfaction, life satisfaction, and the moderation effects of big five personality, 870 employees participated in the investigation with the WFC, NEO-FFI, MSQ and SWLS applied. Our result: Familyinterfering with work and work-interfering-with-family had a significant effect on and a significant negative correlation with life satisfaction. But there was no direct effect on job satisfaction. The Big Five Personality had a moderator effect on conflict and job satisfaction and life satisfaction.
