摘要
语义的认知表征是认知心理学的一个经典问题。本研究探讨形容词的褒贬义判别与空间上下方位的关系。实验一采用空间Stroop范式,发现:当形容词的褒贬义与其空间位置之间的关系与上-下意象图式相符时,褒贬判别反应时显著短;实验二采用引导范式,发现:当形容词的褒贬义与目标字母的方位符合上-下意象图式时,目标辨别反应时显著短。研究表明:对褒贬义形容词的认知加工激活上-下意象图式,词的褒贬义表征具有垂直方位属性。
The cognitive representation of semantic meaning is a classic issue in the field of cognitive psychology. Our research examined the relation between commendatory/derogatory judgment of Chinese adjectives and vertical spatial information. Experiment 1, in which the spatial Stroop paradigm was adopted, showed that when the relation of an adjective' s commendatory/derogatory meaning and its spatial location were consistent with the up-down image schema, it was judged more quickly. Experiment 2 adopted the priming paradigm and showed that when the relation of an adjective's commendatory/derogatory meaning and the spatial location of the targeted letter were consistent with the up-down image schema, the target was distinguished more quickly. In conclusion, the fact that the cognitive processing of commendatory and derogatory adjectives activated the up-down image schema demonstrated the vertical spatial properties of adjectives' commendatory/derogatory meaning representation.
