摘要
通过对换热器中析晶垢结垢过程的传热特点与结垢机理的分析,证明了要正确描述结垢行为,必须考虑结垢过程与温度场的耦合问题。提出了考虑这一耦合作用的描述结垢过程的预测模型,通过数值积分方法可以得到换热器不同位置处在任意结垢时间的污垢热阻,与实验数据比较表明,模型预测是可靠的。
The heat transfer characteristics and fouling mechanisms of the scale formation on the surface of the exchanger are analyzed. It is proven that a coupling of fouling process and the temperature field must be considered in order to describe the fouling behavior correctly. A predictive model is constructed by taking the influence of temperature on the fouling process into consideration. With the model, the fouling thermal resistance at different locations at any point of time of fouling can be calculated with a numerical integral method. Comparisons of the model with experimental data are given. The results show that the present model can make very good prediction of the fouling process.
