军队疗养院中西医结合人才培养方法及对策

目的分析军队疗养院中西医结合人才培养的方法及对策。方法我院紧紧围绕建院方向,采取岗位培训、脱产进修、学历提升等多种途径,加强中西医结合专业人员的培训。结果2005～2007年中西医结合人员培训投入情况,科室创收情况逐年增高。结论中西医结合人员是疗养院专业技术队伍的重要组成,培养中西医结合专业人才是疗养院学科建设中人才储备的重点。

Objective To analysis the method and countermeasure for the training of the professional of Chinese medicine com- bined with western medicine in military sanatorium. Methods We take several methods, such as post-training, mid-career studies, academic certificate-enhancing to strengthen the training of the professional of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. Results The cost on training and benefit were increases year by year during 2005 to 2007.Conclusion The professional of Chinese medicine combined with western medicine were the main component of professional staff, the training of them should be emphasize in sanatorium.
