颈部动脉超声检查在健康体检中的应用

The application of ultrasonically examining carotid artery in health examination

目的探讨颈动脉超声检查在健康体检中的应用价值。方法对300例40岁以上的健康查体者进行了颈部血管检查并分5组进行对比观察。结果颈总动脉(CCA)、颈内动脉(ICA)、颈外动脉(ECA)内径随年龄增加而增宽,男宽于女,椎动脉(VA)内径左宽于右,ICA、VA的血流速度、血流量(Q)随年龄增加而减少,阻力指数(RI)随年龄的增加逐渐增高。结论颈部动脉血管的超声检查可动态观察不同年龄段脑动脉供血情况,对缺血性脑血管病的早期诊断提供可靠的依据。

Objective To discuss the application value of ultrasonically examining carotid artery in health examination. Methods Carotid artery in 300 healthy 40-year-older people were determined and divided into 5 groups for comparison.Results Interior diam- eters of common carotid artery （CCA）, internal carotid artery （ICA） and eternal carotid artery （ECA） increased with ages increasing, which in man were wider than women. Interior diameters of vertebral artery （VA） in left side were wider than those in right side; blood-flow speed, quantity of ICA and VA decreased with age increasing.Resistance index （RI） increased with age increasing. Conclusion Blood quantity of brain artery in patients with different ages could be dynamically observed by ultrasonically examining carotid artery, which meanwhile supplied reliable information on early diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease .
