Analysis on heart rate variability in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的分析冠心病人的心率变异性的变化。方法利用动态心电图监测40例冠心病人(28例ST段下移者为Ⅰ组,12例无ST段下移者为Ⅱ组)和30例正常人(对照组)的心率变异指数和心率,进行心率变异性变化的分析。结果和正常人比较,冠心病人(Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组)HRVI降低非常明显(P<0.01,P<0.01)。最大心率数变慢(P<0.01,P<0.05),最小心率数、平均心率数变快(P<0.05,P<0.05)。冠心病Ⅰ组HRVI明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病HRV明显低于正常人。 Objective To analysis heart rate variability in patients with CAD. Method Indices of variability of heart rate and heart rates in 40 patients with CAD (28 patients with st segment depression were divided into I group, 12 patients with st segment depression were divided into II group) and 30 cases of healthy subjects were determined by DCG and analyzed.Results HRVI in patients with CHD(group I or group II )were lower than in healthy subject (P〈0.01,P〈0.01). Maximum heart rate in patients with CHD(group I or group II ) were reduced (P〈0.01,P〈0.05), and minimum heart rate and average heart rate were increased(P〈0.05, P〈0.05). HRVI in patients with CHD in group I were lower than in group Ⅱ (P〈0.05).Conclusion HRV in patients with CHD were lower than in normal subjects.
