Advances in Study of Chronic Kidney Disease and Peripheral Arterial Disease

慢性肾脏病患者外周动脉疾病发生率远高于普通人群,且和患者的心血管事件的危险性及病死率相关。现简述近年来有关慢性肾脏病患者中外周动脉疾病的流行病学、危险因素、临床表现的特点,并提出适合其特点的诊断和治疗方法。

The rate of prevalence of peripheral arterial disease in patients with chronic kidney disease is higher than in the general population. It is also associated with higher incidences of cardiovascular disease and mortality. This article summarizes the epidemiology, risk factors and clinical manifestation of the peripheral arterial disease in the chronic kidney disease population. The article also outlines suitable diagnoses and methods of treatment.
