摘要 Warm-up现象,是一种具有特定诱发方式和一定作用时程的可对缺血心脏发挥保护性作用的心肌内源性自我保护方式,但与缺血预适应现象不相等同。其发生机制可能有"侧支循环途径、冠状动脉舒张途径、钾离子通道途径、腺苷及其受体途径以及心肌代谢途径"等的参与。 Warm-up phenomenon, or warm-up angina, has a special pathway and a limited time course which can protect ischemie heart. This is the body＇s way to protect myocardium, but it is different from ischemie preconditioning. The potential mechanism of warm-up phenomenon can include ＂collateral recruitment＂,＂ coronary vasodilation＂, ＂ATP-sensitive potassium channels＂,＂ adenosine and its receptor＂ or the metabolic factors.
