摘要
大量流行病资料也证实茶及茶多酚对冠状动脉性心脏病具有保护性作用,其保护性机制包括降血脂、抗氧化、抗炎、改善血管内皮功能、抗血小板聚集、抑制斑块中新生血管的形成以及抑制血管平滑肌增殖的作用。然而,因为各种混杂因素的影响众多研究并未得出一致的结论。现就茶以及茶多酚对冠状动脉性心脏病发生发展的作用进行综述。
Considerable epidemiological data have indicated that tea and tea flavonoid intake may be associated with a decreased risk of coronary heart disease. Underlying mechanisms for the beneficial effects of tea include lipid-lowering, antioxidative, vasculoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antithrombogenic, anti-angiogenetic, and antiproliferative properties of tea flavonoids. However, the results of studies are not uniform due to the presence of confounding factors. This article describes the effects of tea and tea flavonoids on coronary heart disease.
