摘要
糖尿病心肌病是致糖尿病患者心脏功能不全的糖尿病重要心血管并发症之一,近年来得到越来越多学者的关注。其发病机制目前尚不清楚,重要的病理改变主要表现为细胞外基质蛋白尤其是胶原的累积。这种病理改变的机制包括细胞外基质的产生过度、降解减少以及细胞外基质蛋白构型的改变。高糖则对这种病理改变有直接或间接的促进作用。现就目前糖尿病时细胞外基质重塑的相关研究做一综述。
Diabetes cardiomyopathy has emerged as a major threat to the diabetic patient's health. The exact mechanisms underlying the disease are unknown. However, an important component of the pathological alterations observed in these hearts includes the accumulation of extracellular matrix proteins, in particular collagens. Mechanisms responsible for these alterations may include the excess production, reduced degradation, and chemical modification of ECM proteins. These effects may be the result of direct or indirect actions of high glucose concentrations. This article reviews current knowledge on the effects that diabetes-like conditions exert on cells responsible for extracellular matrix reconstruction.
