摘要
目前研究表明,在急性冠脉综合征发生过程中基质金属蛋白酶家族与斑块性质变化有密切关系。血管紧张素Ⅱ作为肾素-血管紧张素系统最重要效应因子也在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展病理过程起关键作用。近年来有较多研究探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ与基质金属蛋白酶之间的关系及其内在机制,现就此进行综述。
Angiotensin Ⅱ is widely recognized as a critical regulator of the development of atherosclerosis. Matrix metalloproteinases are thought to participate in plaque destabilization through degradation of the extraeellular matrix in the process of acute coronary syndrome. Studies have increasingly focused attention on these interactions. This article reviews progress in research into the relationship between angiotensin Ⅱ and matrix metalloproteinases.
