加味旋代汤联合氩离子凝固术治疗疣状胃炎的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Argon Plasma Coagulation and Jiawei Xuandai Tang on Gastritis Verrucosa

目的:观察内镜氩离子束凝固术(Argon Plasma Coagulation APC)联合中药加味旋代汤(jiaweixuandaitang)治疗疣状胃炎(Verrucous gastritis)的临床价值。方法:将90例内镜确诊完全型疣状胃炎病人随机分为两组,对照组45例,用氩离子凝固术+奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗。治疗组45例,在对照组基础上加用加味旋代汤。观察胃痛、胀满、反酸、嗳气、纳差等症状和胃镜下病灶消失情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率:治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组疣状病灶数目比较:治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内镜氩离子束凝固术治疗疣状胃炎后,应用中药加味旋代汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗有协同作用,疗效优于单一西药治疗。

Objective：To observe the clinucal effect of the supplemented intussusceer-oeher soup combining with argon plasma coagulation for the treatment of gastritis verrucosa. Methods：90 patients with gastritis verrucosa were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were diagnosed by endoscope and adopted argon plasma coagulation for the treatment. The control group had 45 patients, which were treated with argon plasma coagulation and takes omeprazole enteric tablet orally. The treatment group had 45 patients, on the basis of control group the patients were given supplemented irttussuscecr-ocher soup. Observe the decreased of five symptoms（ gastralgia, abdominal distension. , sour regurgitation, belching and anorexia） and the number of corpora mammillaria or exanthema variolosum swellings. Statistical analysis was performed on PEMS 3. 1 FOR WINDOWS system software. Results：The total effect of the treatment group was 95.56%, superior to that of the control groups 88.89% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparisons of the number of verruciform foenses of the two groups before and after the treatment： the treatment group was 0. 7 ± 0. 3, and the control group was 8. 5 ±6. 5 （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The combined therapy of Chinese and western medicines obtains ideal effect on the improvement of the clinical symptom and gastroscope signs of gastritis verrucosa. That is worthy of wide application.
