本文针对煤矿井下过流保护的现状，提出了研究智能负序过流保护器的可能性和必要性，介绍了其原理、构造及优点。
The Paper, in view of the overcurrent protector present state in underground coal mines, advocates the POssibility and necessity of developing the computer -based negative phase overcurrent protector with an introduction of the principle, construction and merits provided.
