摘要
目的:研究溃结安康汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠白介素(IL)影响及其作用机制。方法:健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP(柳氮磺胺吡啶)组、溃结安康汤组。TNBS/乙醇法建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。分组灌胃治疗后,检测溃结大鼠结肠组织IL-1β含量和IL-1β蛋白表达。结果:模型组与正常组比较,IL-1β含量升高、蛋白表达升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);补脾益肠丸组、SASP组、溃结安康汤组与模型组比较IL-1β含量下降、蛋白表达下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);溃结安康汤组与补脾益肠丸组、SASP组比较,IL-1β含量下降明显、蛋白表达下降明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃结安康汤可以降低溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型中结肠组织IL-1β含量和蛋白表达。
Objective :To research into the influence of Kuijieankang decoction to ratsinterleukin with ulcerative colitis and its mechanism of action. Methods: Some healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Bupiyichang pill group, SASP group, and Kuijieankang decoction group. The rat model of ulcerative colitis was established by TNBS/ethanol method. Detecting the IL - 1βcontent and protein expression of rats'colon tissue with ulcerative colitis after intragastric administration. Results:Comparing with normal group,the IL- 1βcontent and protein expression of model group rats rose. It was statistically significant( P 〈 0.05 ). The IL - 1βcontent and protein expression of Bupiyichang pill group, SASP group, Kuijieankang decoction group descended compared to model group. Also was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05 ). Comparing Kuijieankang decoction group with Bupiyichang pill group and SASP group, the IL - 1βcontent and protein expression of the former descended significantly, with statistical significance( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:Kuijieankang decoction could lower the IL - 1βcontent and protein expression of rats'colon tissue with ulcerative colitis.
