补虚化瘀针法对骨质疏松大鼠I型胶原蛋白的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨"补虚化瘀"针法对骨质疏松大鼠I型胶原蛋白表达的影响。方法:雌性大鼠50只,随机抽取10只作为空白对照组,其它40只做去势手术。3个月后将去势大鼠随机分成模型组、针组、针加雌组、雌激素组。共治疗12周。治疗结束后,取大鼠的股骨I型胶原蛋白的免疫组化检测。结果:免疫组化检测,治疗各组其胶原纤维排列趋于整齐走向较为规则,胶原阳性染色度较高,阳性分别面积较大,说明成骨细胞对原胶原的分泌较为旺盛,细胞外Ⅰ型胶原的合成率较高。经图像分析系统对目标图像进行分析,治疗组与模型组相比,其阳性反映面积和灰度值均较高,经统计学分析存在差异,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论:"补虚化瘀"针法对骨质疏松大鼠有治疗作用,可增强Ⅰ型胶原蛋白的活性。 Objective:To explore the effect of acu - therapy of "strength-xu and dissolve-yu" on the rats 'expression of type Ⅰ collagen. Methods:50 eight months old wistar rats,there are 40 rats to ovariectomy and the group) are not. After three months,ovariectomized rats were trabantly divided into model, acupuncture, acupuncture adding estrogen and estrogen groups. The treatments are continue 12 weeks. ARer ending treatment, to detect type Ⅰ collagen mRNA. Results:All the femoral bones of rats were detected by immunity class. Model group was compare with other groups that they were thinningz dyeing, thinningz fiber, confused aligen,less positive staining area,inactiving sclerotomal cell,inactiving type Ⅰ collagen. To deal with image analysis system, we got the darns of positive staining area and gray scale value. To compare the datas between model group and other groups, they had obviously different(P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion:" strength-xu and dissolve-yu"teehniques of needling has effect on rat bone with osteoporosis. It can strength actively express of type Ⅰ collagen.
