四种不同药物熏洗对小鼠肛旁伤口肉芽组织的作用

Action of Four Fumigate-Washing Prescriptions for Granulation Tissue of Anus Wound in Jimpy Mice

目的:研究四种熏洗药物对伤口肉芽组织的影响。方法:以熏洗一号、洁尔阴、PP粉、生理盐水分别治疗小鼠实验性肛旁手术伤口,观察各组小鼠伤口肉芽组织中细菌数、羟脯氨酸量、术后第5天肉芽组织出现情况、7和14天肉芽组织肉眼及病理学变化。结果:与生理盐水组比熏洗一号方不能促进肉芽组织的出现,能减少肉芽组织内细菌数,增加7、14天肉芽组织内羟脯胺酸量,改善肉芽组织的质量。洁尔阴能提高14天肉芽内羟脯胺酸量,改善肉芽组织的质量。PP粉组能明显减少肉芽组织内细菌数,其余各指标与生理盐水组无显著性差异。结论:中药能提高伤口肉芽组织的质量,促进愈合。

Objective：To research the action of four fumigate-washing prescriptions for granulation tissue of anus wound in Jimpy mice. Methods：using number one fumigate-washing prescription ,jieeryin, PP powder and physiologic saline cure respectively the wound of the experiment Jimpy mice which have suffered form anus operation. Then we observed the bacterial number of granulation tissue, the content of hydroxyproline, and the emerging of granulation tissue at the fifth day after operation, and the change of granulation tissue at the seventh and fourteenth days after operation. Results ：number one fumigate-washing prescription can not improve the emerging of granulation tissue contrast to physiologic saline, but it can decrease the bacterial number of granulation tissue,increase the content of hydroxyproline in granulation tissue at the seventh and the fourteenth days. Jieeryin can increase the content of hydroxyproline in granulation tissue at the fourteenth days. PP powder can obviously decrease the bacterial number of granulation tissue. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese drug can improve the quality of wound healing of granulation tissue.
