凉血中药对豚鼠银屑病模型皮损中微血管密度和血清血管内皮生长因子水平的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨凉血中药对豚鼠银屑病模型皮损中微血管密度(microvascular density,MVD)和血清血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平的影响。方法:用血管内皮细胞特异性标志物CD34抗体免疫组化法检测豚鼠银屑病模型中药治疗前后皮损中的MVD;用ELISA方法检测豚鼠银屑病模型中药治疗前后血清VEGF的水平。结果:银屑病豚鼠模型中药治疗组MVD明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)及迪银片对照组(P<0.05)。银屑病豚鼠模型中药治疗组血清VEGF明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)及迪银片对照组(P<0.05)。结论:凉血中药可能通过抗血管新生作用来治疗银屑病。 Objective: To study the effect of cool blood Chinese medicinal herbs therapy on the microvaacular density(MVD) of skin lesions and the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in guinea pig with psoriasis. Methods :The MVD was detected by immunohistochemical method with monoclonal antibody that was specific to the endothelial marker of CD34. The level of VEGF in sera was measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Using these two methods the guinea pigs with psoriasis were tested before and after cool blood Chinese medicinal herbs therapy. Results : Comparing the data before the therapy, MVD and VEGF were decreased after cool blood Chinese medicinal herbs therapy(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion:It is indicated that anti-angiogenesis may be involved in the psoriasis treatment with cool blood Chinese medicinal herbs.
