摘要
对鞍钢化工总厂使用的42个单种煤的常规指标、相关煤岩指标及200 kg小焦炉结焦性指标(M40)进行了测定。同时对煤岩指标与结焦性指标之间的关系进行了分析。试验结果表明,在惰性组分相同时,M40随反射率增大而增加;在反射率相同时,M40随惰性组分含量降低而增大;鞍钢单种煤总体惰性组分偏高。合理选用较高变质程度和较低惰性组分的煤种可改善配煤结构。在煤质检测中要严格控制肥焦煤的挥发分指标。
Conventional indexes, relevant petrographic indexes and coking property index (M40 values) for 200 kg pilot oven of 42 kinds of single coals used by General Chemical Works of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. are determined. While correlations between petrographic indexes and coking performance index (M40) are analyzed. The analytical results show that M40 increases with the reflectance increasing at the same content of the inertinite and M40 also increases with the content of the inertinite decreasing at the same reflectance. In general content of the inertinite in single coals used by Angang are relatively high, so the coal blending structure can be improved by optimally selecting some kinds of coals with high rank and low content of the inertinite. In addition, the volatile indexes of fat coals should be strictly controlled in coal quality inspecting.
