摘要 采用Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机,结合透射电子显微镜和电子拉伸试验机,研究了不同连续退火工艺对H345冷轧低合金钢性能的影响。结果表明,温度为815℃、冷却速率为28℃/s的连续退火工艺,可以提高钢的屈服强度。 The effects of different continuous annealing process on properties of the cold wiled low alloyed steel H345 are studied by using the Gleeble -3800, transmission electron microscope and electron tensile testing machine. The studying results show that the yield strength of the steel can be increased by the continuous annealing process with the annealing temperature being 815 ℃ and cooling rate 28 ℃/s.
