摘要 针对鞍钢钢包透气砖在使用中出现狭缝夹钢、剥落等问题,进行了详细分析。结果表明,高温下透气砖狭缝宽度改变、耐热震性差是影响砖使用性能的主要原因。通过合理选择透气砖狭缝宽度和低杂质原料,使透气砖体积稳定性、耐热震性和抗侵蚀性得到改善,提高了透气砖的使用性能。 This paper analyzes in detail the problems such as ladle permeable brick flaking off and molten steel leaking into the slits of the bricks in service. The analytical results show that such factors as variable width of the slits and poor thermal shock resistance of the ladle permeable bricks in service at the high temperature are the main reasons for influencing the service performance. The volume stability, thermal shock resistance, corrision resistance and service performance of the bricks are improved by reasonably selecting the width of the slits between bricks and using raw materials with less impurities.
