硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Effects of Lipoic Acid and Mecobalamin on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将64例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为2组,治疗组(32例)和对照组(32例)。两组均施以饮食控制,及积极控制血糖,对照组以甲钴胺500μg,日一次,静脉注射,治疗组在此基础上加以硫辛酸600mg/d+生理盐水250ml,日一次,静脉输入,连续14天为1个疗程,观察治疗前后两组神经病变TSS评分及神经传导速度的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者神经病变TSS评分均较前改善,感觉运动神经传导速度均较治疗前显著提高,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床使用硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有效。

Objective： To investigate the effects of lipoic acid and Mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods： 64 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into treatment group （32 cases）and control group （32 cases）. The control group were treated with Mecobalamin 500ug/d for two weeks, the treatment group were treated with lipoic acid 600mg/d and Mecobalamin 500ug/d for two weeks. All patients were evaluated with TSS score and nerve conduction velocity. Results： The TSS score of two groups reduced, and both groups had effects on nerve conduction velocity, the effects of treatment group had an advantage with the effects of control group. Conclusions： The treatment of lipoic acid and Mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy had effects.
