中西医结合治疗肝内胆管结石

Using Combination of Chinese Tvaditional and Western Medicine to Treat Hepatotith

肝内胆管结石病人因病因复杂,病人体质不同,病情不同。为了避免手术治疗,笔者运用中西医结合的方法治疗。急性发作期,病人有发热及全身感染、胃纳差的情况下,运用西药补液退热、消炎加支持疗法。待全身感染控制后运用中药治疗,自拟疏肝利胆排石汤,疏肝解郁,清肝胆湿热,泻肝胆实火,达到清肝利胆排石的目的。

Patients of hepatolith have different conditions for complicated causes of disease and differing somatic substances. In order to avoid operative treatment, the author uses combined therapy of Chinese and western medicines. He uses western medicine to infuse fluid, defervesce and diminish inflammation with supporting treatment when patients are under the conditions of fever, from head to heel infection and weak absorbable capability of stomach during the period of acute bout. After the infection is under control, using Chinese medicine with Shugan Lidan Paishi Tang to Shugan Jieyu, and to remove dampness, heat, and excess fire in live and gallbladder with the purpose of removing heat from liver and expelling bile and stones.
