摘要
以Y分子筛和磷钼酸为主要活性组分,氧化铝为载体,制备了芳烃脱烯烃催化剂,考察了催化剂的焙烧温度和磷钼酸添加量对烯烃脱除效果的影响,并采用傅立叶-红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,经550℃焙烧的磷钼酸添加量为3%的分子筛催化剂具有较好的催化性能。催化剂脱烯烃活性主要取决于B酸,尤其是弱B酸的含量。催化剂失活的主要原因是分子筛表面积炭造成酸中心减少,失活催化剂经空气氧化焙烧后可恢复活性。
The catalysts for removal of the trace olefins from aromatic hydrocarbons were prepared by using phospho-molybdie acid and Y zeolite as active components and alumina as carriers. The effects of calcination temperature and phospho-molybdic acid addition on catalytic performance of Y zeolite were studied and the catalyst was characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the catalyst with phospho-molybdic acid 3% (mass fraction ) which was calcined at 550℃ exhibited good activity for removal of olefins. The activity of the catalyst was related to B acid, especially the weak B acid. The deactivation of the catalyst resulted from the coke deposit and the deactivated catalyst could recover by oxidation with air under proper temperature.
