脂联素在妊娠期高血压病患者胎盘组织中的表达

The placental expression of adiponectin in women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的检测妊娠期高血压病患者胎盘中脂联素的表达水平。方法采用放射免疫分析的方法检测病例组和健康对照组胎盘脂联素的表达水平。结果健康对照组与子痫前期轻度组、健康对照组与子痫前期重度组、妊娠期高血压组与子痫前期重度组、子痫前期轻度组与子痫前期重度组之间脂联素表达水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脂联素参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病。

Objective To investigate placental expression of adiponectin in women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods Radio immunoassay method was used to examine the levels of adiponectin in controls and cases. Results There are statistical significances that the levels of adiponecfin expressed between normal control group and mild pre-eclampsia group, normal control group and severe pre-eclampsia group, gestational hypertension group and severe pre-eclampsia group, mild pre-eclampsia group and severe pre-eclampsia group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Adiponectin may contribute to the pathology of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
