摘要
今年的欧洲印制电路板协会(EIPC)年会,在2009年2月12日至13日在荷兰阿姆斯特丹举行。此时正值气候上的冬季,又逢全球经济危机和PCB行业的严冬之时,所以是非常时期的一次非常年会。此次大会上,与会者对于当前的经济危机和行业的不景气和各种挑战,表现出的是十分积极的态度,不断创新和研发、降低成本是全体与会者共同心声。
The annual conference of The European Institute of Printed Circuits （EIPC） was held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, in February 12-13, 2009. It is a very extraordinary conference at the period of very extraordinary time when it is in the winter on climate and in the global economic crisis and in the tough time of the PCB industry meantime. At the conference, the participants, facing to the current economic crisis and the industry downturn and so many challenges, shows a very positive attitude. The continuing in innovation and R ＆ D.and cost-savings or cost-reducing are the common aspiration of all the participants and manufactures.
