文章通过对技术、生产能力、经济效益的分析,开发完成了挠性电路板行业的工艺技术创新项目:球凸点挠性印制电路板。此产品已荣获2008年江苏省高新技术产品。
Based on the analysis on the technology, production capacity and cost-effectiveness, an innovative process technology is developed for the flexible circuit board industry： convex-shaped flexibly printed circuit board. This product has been awarded the 2008 high-tech products in Jiangsu Province.
