摘要
絮凝脱泥-反浮选流程适应东鞍山难选矿石特性。该流程的研究表明,采用原矿二段絮凝脱泥、一粗一精三扫反浮选、一次扫选中矿返至第二段脱泥的流程结构能有效地消除矿泥对反浮选的影响,可有效提高技术经济指标。
The flocculation desliming-reverse flotation flowsheet is compatible with the characteristics of Donganshan refractory iron ore. The study on the method showes that the influence of slime on the reverse flotation can be eliminated effiectively by such a flowsheet structure of twostage flocculation desliming of raw ore, then one stage rougher and cleaning flotation respectively, threestage scavenge flotation. Middlings from the 1st scavenge process were returned to 2nd desliming operation. By the process, technical and economic indexes formentioned ore's processing improved.
