摘要
采用商用marc/mentent有限元软件,利用marc软件的用户扩展接口,开发fortran语言相变潜热处理模块,模拟高碳钢线材在斯太尔摩线上的传热及相变过程,所得模拟结果与实测结果吻合。运用该模拟研究平台可对现场控冷工艺进行有效分析。
Marc/mentent, a commercial FEM software, and the user interface of Marc software are used to develop the subprogram of latent heat of phase transformation by Fortran language, and heat transfer and phase transformation of high-carbon steel wire rods on Stelmor line are simulated. The results obtained agree with the measured ones. The simulation platform can be used to analyze con- trolled cooling technology.
