摘要
介绍了国内外薄煤层滚筒采煤机开采现状;根据我国缓倾斜采煤工作面围岩稳定性分类标准,针对曹窑煤矿薄煤层坚硬顶板和松软煤层地质条件,并依据国内类似条件下薄煤层开采成功的经验,得出曹窑煤矿薄煤层开采对滚筒采煤机配套设备的基本要求,据此研究出煤层厚度为0.8~1.4 m和1.1~1.9 m两种薄煤层条件下滚筒采煤机组的可行性配套方案。研究结论对于曹窑煤矿薄煤层实行机械化开采,提高矿井安全生产能力,延长矿井服务年限具有重要的作用。
The status eqo of the study of shearer to mine in thin seam both at home and abroad is introduced. In according with the classification crieria of surrounding rock stability to gently-inclined coal faces in China, for the geological conditions of the instable soft thin seam with hard roof in Caoyao Coal Mine, by the successful experiences to mine thin seam in domestic similar conditions, the basic requirements of coordination equipments for the shearer to mine the thin seam in Caoyao Coal Mine are acquired, hereby the feasible coordination program of shearer group on the conditions of mining two sorts of thickness of 0. 8 - 1.4 m and 1.1 - 1.9 m thin seams. The stduy conclusions have important effects to implement the mechanized mining of thin seam in Caoyao Coal Mine, improve the safety capacity of mine production, entend the service life of mine.
