摘要
根据煤炭供大于求的形势，分析了产生的原因，探讨了通过完善有关政策法规，运用经济、行政、法律手段综合调控产量的措施以及通过必要的计划调节市场的可能性。
According to the situation of coal overproduction,the reason is analyzed in this paper.The modulation and control measurements by improving some relevant policies and applying the means of economic,administration,law,and the possibility of modulating market by plans are also explored.
