煤炭企业成人教育工作探讨

To approach the work of adult education of coal enterprises

从分析当前煤炭企业形势入手，研究了煤炭企业成人教育的现状，阐述了煤炭企业成人教育发展与转机建制和煤炭工业可持续发展的关系，指出了煤炭企业成人教育的工作重点及基本原则。

By begining with the analysis of the current situation of coal enterprises,this paper studied the present state of coal enterprise adult education,analyzed its development,the relation between the reformation of adull education and the sustainable development of coal industry,pointed out the stress and some basic principles for the adult education of coal enterprises.
