Empirical Analysis of the New Incentives for Rural Debt and their Impacts

文章主要依据对河南部分地区实地调查获取的相关数据,说明了近年来各地乡村新增债务的基本状况及变动趋势;分析了乡村新增债务的原因以及相关因素的影响程度;提出了解决乡村新增债务问题的对策和建议。

Based on the relevant data of field surveys in some parts of Henan, this article explains the basic conditions and changes in the trend of the new debt in recent years around the villages, analyzes the reasons for the additional debt related to the extent of the impact and puts forward suggestions to solve the debt problems of rural new measures and recommendations.
