摘要
从完善行政处罚听证程序的适用范围、建立规范的主持人制度、强化听证笔录的证据效力和丰富该程序的种类等方面提出了进一步完善我国行政处罚听证制度的建议。
It puts forward several suggestions to perfect the hearing in administrative penalty system from the perspectives of the scope of adaptation, evidence of effectiveness and the variety of administrative hearing procedure, ect.
