Many singers lose self-control due to their excessive strain when giving a performance. Consequently, they fail to perform normally well. Obviously, strain has a negative effect on singing performance. So every single singer has to keep in mind how to give a full play to his or her singing skills in the performance. To solve this problem, in combination with psychology and musical practice, it seeks to explore into the causes and the forms of psychological strain as well as presenting some solutions to rectify and overcome it.
