摘要 目的研究芦根中的脂溶性成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及制备液相色谱分离纯化,利用理化常数和核磁共振谱学方法鉴定结构。结果共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,1)、5-羟甲基糠醛(5-hydroxymethylfurfural,2)、大黄素甲醚(physcion,3)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,4)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,5)、香草醛(vanillin,6)、西米杜鹃醇(simiarenol,7)和3α-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基南烛木树脂酚(3α-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-lyoni-resinol,8)。结论化合物2、3、7、8为首次从芦苇属植物中分离得到。 Objective To study liposoluble constituents of the root of Phragmites communis Trin. Methods The compounds were isolated by the chromatography and identified by spectroscopy analysis. Results Eight compounds were obtained and identified as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 1 ), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural ( 2 ), phy- scion (3), daucosterol ( 4 ) β-sitosterol ( 5 ), vanillin ( 6 ), simiarenol (7) and 3 α-O- (β-D-glucopyranosyl) -lyo- niresinol(8). Condusions Compounds 2,3,7 and 8 are obtained from Phragmites plant for the first time.
