无机盐对锥状斯氏藻抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:3

EFFECTS OF INORGANIC SALTS ON ANTIOXIDANT ENZYMES ACTIVITIES OF SCRIPPSIELLA TROCHOIDEA

摘要 在环境胁迫下(海水富营养化、温度变化、光照变化、盐度变化、营养盐、重金属等),藻细胞内会产生大量活性氧,从而对细胞产生伤害.为适应环境变化,细胞会通过各种途径清除活性氧,从而保护细胞,而抗氧化酶就是一种高效的防御系统,如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等.该文研究了无机盐N、P、盐度等营养因子对锥状斯氏藻(Scrippsiella trochoidea)细胞抗氧化酶SOD、CAT活性的影响.通过正交实验,在不同营养条件下培养锥状斯氏藻,并定期分别测定藻细胞抗氧化酶SOD和CAT的活性值.结果表明,无机盐含量的变化对酶活性均有不同程度的影响:磷的变化对SOD和CAT酶活性变化均起主要作用,氮对SOD酶活性的影响仅次于磷;盐度变化对SOD影响不显著,对CAT活性影响的不同阶段影响水平不同. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by alga ceils under the environmental stress can cause damages of alga cells, but cells are able to remove reactive oxygen by many means to protect cells for acclimation so as to build a potent recovery system including antioxidant enzyme such as superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT). Effects of inorganic salts (N, P and salinity) on the antioxidant enzymes activities of Scrippsiella trochoidea were investigated in the present study. According to orthogonal experiment, antioxidant enzymes activities of iella trochoidea cells cultured under different conditions were determined periodically. The results indicated that the variation of inorganic salts content has different degree effects on antioxidant enzymes activities. The varying of P content is the main contributor to the change of SOD and CAT activities, and the effects on SOD activities of N content is merely weaker than P. Salinity reveals no considerable effects on SOD and its effect on CAT activities is different at different phase.
