摘要
设计了6060铝合金车用型材的熔铸、挤压工艺,并通过室温拉伸实验分析了影响6060合金力学性能的因素。结果表明:将6060铝合金中强化相元素Si、Mg按中上限控制可保证材料力学性能要求,挤压温度及速度对合金性能影响较小。经过T5热处理的6060合金,其力学性能达到一定指标,且材料尺寸精度和表面平直度较T6状态好。
Melting and extrusion processes of 6060aluminum alloy tor vehicle are designed and the factors affecting its mechanical properties are analyzed by aid of ambient tensile test. The results show that the mechanical properties can be assured by controlling the strengthen phase elements Si and Mg within middle and upper level in 6060 aluminum alloy.
