Scientific Development by Focusing on Connotation——Several Issues on Learning and Implementing the Concept of Scientific Development

科学发展观是党的十七大报告提出的重要内容。学习落实科学发展观应深刻领会并牢牢把握其丰富内涵,紧密结合学院发展的近景和远景目标,充分认识学院党委确定的2009年为"改建普通高校迎评建设年"和"内涵发展建设年"的重大意义,以科学发展观为指导,以项目建设为抓手,扎实推进基于问题解决的项目管理,以实现学院发展目标,使科学发展观得到真正落实。

The scientific concept of development is a most important content proposed in the report of the seventeenth （17^th） National Congress of the CPC （ Communist Party of China）. We should understand this concept thoroughly in learning and implementing it. Combining the shortterm goal as well as the longterm goal of our college, we should be well aware of the great significance of defining 2009 as the Year of Assessment for Transfoming to Regular Institutions of Higher Learning as well as the Year of Construction of Connotation Development. We shall focus on project construction, enhancing the management of projects based on problem solving under the guidance of the scientific development. Hence we can authentically achieve the development goal of our college and implementing the scientific concept of devel- opment.
