新教师是院校发展的新生力量,给教师队伍带来了生机和活力,但他们也存在着自身的不足。新教师在成长过程中应做好敬业、求知、实践、总结四个方面的工作,尽快将所学知识转化为教学能力,完成从学生到教师、从"新"教师到"老"教师的转变。
