摘要
新教师是院校发展的新生力量,给教师队伍带来了生机和活力,但他们也存在着自身的不足。新教师在成长过程中应做好敬业、求知、实践、总结四个方面的工作,尽快将所学知识转化为教学能力,完成从学生到教师、从"新"教师到"老"教师的转变。
New teachers are new forces to develop institutions. The contingent of teachers to the institutions has brought vigor and vitality, but they also exist in their own deficiencies. Against the reality of new teachers, new teachers described in the growth process should do a good job in work, knowledge, practice, and summing. They should make the knowledge to teaching ability as soon as possible, and completed from students to teachers, from the "young" to the"old" change.
