摘要
用高铬铸铁作锤头,用圆钢制成的环状锤柄采用金属型复合铸造,在铸态下获得屈氏体基体+碳化物。该锤头综合性能良好,在严酷的磨损条件下,耐磨性是高锰钢的2倍左右,且不需热处理,工艺简化,成本降低,具有广阔前景。
Make the hammer die with High-chromium cast iron and make the handle with the circle-steel-made ring by composite metal cast. The troostite and carbide are gained un der casting state. The comprehensive properties of the hammer ate very good and its wearability under poor wearing condition is two times as big as that of high manganese steel.For being without heat treatment, the process is simplified and the cost is reduced. This hammer's development and application have broad prospects.
