摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAXEXTEND C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,检测波长270nm。结果表明,该方法测得硝磺草酮的标准偏差为0.51,变异系数为0.52%,线性相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为98.58%。
A method for the determination of mesotrione TC by HPLC with methanol and phosphate acid as mobile phase, ZORBAX EXTEND Cl8 column and DAD detector at 270 nm was introduced. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.51, the variation coefficient was 0.52%, the average recovery was 98.58% respectively.
