摘要
预冷是马铃薯种子贮存过程中的重要环节。预冷时间是否适宜直接影响马铃薯种子的贮存质量和贮存能耗。鉴于马铃薯种子形状的不规则性,通过对单体马铃薯种子预冷过程进行传热分析,分别利用集总参数模型及引入形状影响因子的单体形状因子模型对其进行预冷时间的预测研究。将两种模型的预测结果与实验结果进行比较分析。研究结果表明,使用该模型能够比较准确的预测马铃薯种子预冷时间,单体形状因子模型的预测结果与实验结果相比误差为5.3%,而不计形状影响的集总参数模型与实验结果的误差为10.5%。
In this study, simulations on pre-cooling time of potato seeds were performed with two different models considering irregularity of the seed shape. The results show that both the models could predict the pre-cooling time of potato seeds. The relative error between the value predicted by the monomer shape factor model and the lumped parameter model without the effect of seed shape and the experiment data was 5.3% and 10.5%, respectively.
